If your phone is docked, but your high-fives aren’t recognized, try the following:
- Place the palm of your hand one inch from the phone earpiece (above the screen). Hold it there for a full second.
- Make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
- Open the ZeroTouch Main Menu and towards the bottom of the screen, check to see that it says “mount docked”.
If it says “mount undocked” instead, see Logi ZeroTouch app does not launch when smartphone is mounted for more help. - If you’re using a screen protector film, try removing the film and try the gesture again.
- Some waterproof cases may partially block the sensors on the front of the phone. Try using the gesture with the case removed.
