- Click the active profile on the Home page to go to the Game & Applications page.
- Select the app you want to blacklist and then click on the SETTINGS tab to bring up the details.
- Click the PROFILE SWITCHING toggle to DISABLED.
NOTE: Status indicates that app is still installed on the computer, therefore the FORGET action is not available.
