There are a few different troubleshooting steps you can try in order to solve this issue.NOTE: Ensure the Harmony 1100 remote and an RF Extender are not connected to your computer at the same time.
With the Harmony 1100 connected, restart your computer
Connect the Remote to the computer before launching the Harmony Remote Software
If the remote is not detected correctly, completely close the Harmony Software by right-clicking icon in the task bar and click Exit
Disconnect the Remote from your computer, wait ten seconds and then reconnect it
If this does not resolve the issue, please also try the following:
Ensure the remote is connected to a USB Port at the back of the computer
Try a different USB Port
Important Notice: The Presentation software is no longer supported or maintained by Logitech. Logitech Presentation devices are now supported by Logi Options+ for a better experience. We highly recommend using Logi Options+ with your presentation remotes. We are here to assist you during this transition.
