The camera may be rebooting at the time, or something may be preventing the camera from being discovered by Commander (ex. a firewall). |
| Camera power supply detected but no camera detected. Check device connections and re-test. | The power supply for a camera is detected, but no camera was detected, and the powerline strength between the network adapter and the camera power supply is good. The camera may be rebooting at the time, or something may be preventing the camera from being discovered by Commander (ex. a firewall). |
| No camera detected. Camera may not be connected to a powerline device. Check device connections and re-test. | Neither the camera or its power supply was detected. |
| No powerline device detected. Check device connections and re-test. | The camera is detected, but no powerline device for the camera could be detected. One reason this happens is if the camera is connected via PoE to the network. If you're using HomePlug, and all of the cameras get this warning, it likely means you have a content filter or firewall preventing communication with the HomePlug network adapter. | Cannot Determine Powerline strength. Plug camera's power supply or network adapter into a different power outlet and re-test. | The camera power supply is detected, but there was an error determining the powerline strength. To resolve this, you can:
