NOTE: Flow Scroll is the same as Scroll App. You may see Scroll App referenced throughout this article.
To disable the Logitech Flow Scroll (Scroll App) for Chrome:

Launch Chrome.

Click the wrench icon on the toolbar and select Options.

Select Extensions > "Logitech Scroll App" and clear the Enabled check box.
NOTE: If the Logitech Scroll App is currently disabled, the check box will be labeled "Enable".

Chrome doesn't require you to click a save or close button to make this change effective.
NOTE: To enable the Logitech Scroll App, follow the steps above, and click Enable in step #3.
