If your remote seems to be working, but your devices aren't receiving commands or Activities fail to start, try rebooting your hub. Here's how:

Manually turn off all your devices (ex. television and AV receiver) and then unplug the power adapter from the hub and plug it back in.
NOTE: The hub takes about 30 seconds to reboot.
If your Harmony remote freezes, you should reboot the remote. To reboot your remote:

Press and hold the Off button until the LCD screen turns off and then back on. Release the Off button when you see "Harmony Ultimate" on the screen.
You can also try recovering your Harmony Ultimate remote and hub:

Log in to your account on myharmony.com.

Connect your remote to your computer.

Select your Harmony Ultimate from the Welcome screen.

Click Remote and hub troubleshooting (in the Information Panel under Sync) and follow the instructions.
