You can use the Harmony Ultimate to control your Nintendo Wii using the Bluetooth technology built into the Harmony Hub. Here's how:
To add your Nintendo Wii to your account:

Log in to your account on myharmony.com.

Select your Harmony Ultimate from the Welcome screen.

Click Devices.
-
Click Add Device.

Enter "Nintendo" as the Manufacturer and "Wii" as the Model Number, and then click Add.
NOTE: You'll see a message saying that it must be paired with your Harmony Hub before it can be controlled by your remote.

Click Yes to confirm your device.

Click Activities.
-
Click Add Activity.

Create an activity and add your Wii and any other devices you want to use in this activity.

Follow the instructions to finish creating your activity.

Click Sync and then follow the on-screen instructions to update your remote.
NOTE: If Wi-Fi isn't enabled, connect your remote to your computer before you press Sync.
First-time use of your remote with your Nintendo Wii:

On your remote, tap the activity icon for Nintendo Wii.

Pair your Harmony Ultimate with your Wii when prompted.

Press Next and follow the instructions on your remote.
NOTE: You need your Wii controller to navigate through the Wii menus.

After they successfully pair, you're ready to control your Wii using your Harmony Ultimate.
Some games will require you to disconnect your Harmony Ultimate from the Wii to enable the use of your Wii controller.
To disconnect your remote from your Wii:

After starting your Wii activity, tap the Menu icon on your remote.

Tap Devices.

Tap your Wii device.
-
Scroll down and tap Disconnect Wii.
You can now use your Wii controller to play your Wii game. When you're finished playing, press any button on your Harmony Ultimate that controls the Wii to automatically connect it to the Wii again.
Gesture use with the Wii:

When using your remote to control the Wii, you can use the gesture pad as a trackpad to navigate the menus. You can also use it in apps such as Netflix, YouTube, or Hulu Plus.
From the gesture screen:

Slide your finger to move the pointer on the screen

Tap the screen to send the "A" (OK) command
