NOTE: If your POWERPLAY is already paired with a mouse, you will need to use Logitech Gaming Software (LGS) to put the charging base into pairing mode again. First time pairing
- Disconnect any gaming mouse wireless receiver that is connected to your computer.
- Turn your mouse over and push the power switch either left or down to turn off the device.
- Connect the POWERPLAY charging base to your computer using the supplied micro-USB to USB cable.
- Turn your mouse over and use your thumb to press on the bottom of the weight door (as shown). Remove the weight door from your mouse.
- Insert the POWERCORE module into your mouse. The module has magnets to help guide it into place.
- Push the power switch either up or right to turn on the mouse.
Pairing POWERPLAY with a different mouse
You can use Logitech Gaming Software (LGS) 8.94 or later to put the charging base into pairing mode, allowing you to pair it with a different mouse. Here’s how:
NOTE: If you don’t have Logitech Gaming Software, you can get the latest version from the LGS Download page.
- Launch LGS.
- Select the POWERPLAY Wireless Charging System.
- Click the POWERPLAY Connection Settings icon.
- In the Connection Settings window, click Connect to a different mouse.
- The G logo on the charging base starts flashing blue and a message appears on-screen.
- Disconnect any gaming mouse wireless receiver that is connected to your computer.
- Turn your new mouse over and use your thumb to press on the bottom of the weight door (as shown). Remove the weight door from the mouse.
- Insert the POWERCORE module into the mouse you want to pair with the charging base. The module has magnets to help guide it into place.
- Push the power switch either up or to the right to turn on your mouse.
- The G logo on the charging base returns to the color selected in LGS, the prompt disappears and your mouse is detected.
