With Windows 7, you may experience an issue if you unplug the USB connection and then plug your speakers into another USB port while your computer is turned on. The software and remote control may no longer recognize the speakers, even though you can still control the audio within Windows (without using the Z Cinema software).
If you experience this issue, try restarting your computer. If restarting doesn't help, plug the Z Cinema speakers back into the USB port you originally used and then restart the computer again. This should resolve the problem.
Important Notice: Logitech Presentation devices are now supported by Logi Options+ for a better experience. We highly recommend using Logi Options+ with your presentation remotes. We are here to assist you during this transition.
