If your Revue does not turn on or start properly, select the option that describes your situation:
No lights on the front of Revue
Lights on, but no image on TV
Image on TV but Revue is frozen
Disconnect the power from the back of Revue.
Unplug your Revue from the wall or power strip. Ensure the connection between the Revue power cord and power supply is secure.
Plug your Revue back into the wall or power strip.
Reconnect the power to the back of Revue.
Note: If this does not help, try plugging the Revue into a different wall plug or power strip.
Disconnect the power from the Revue.
Verify the HDMI cable at the HDMI Out port on the back of Revue is securely connected.
Verify that the HDMI cable from the HDMI Out is securely connected to the HDMI In port of your TV or AV receiver.
Reconnect the power to the back of Revue.
Unplug the Revue.
Hold down the reset button while plugging in the Revue. This will force the Revue to boot into a special recovery mode, which will re-download a new system image.
