To logout of the Netflix application, the data for the application will need to be cleared:
- Launch the Settings application (Home > Menu + S)
- Choose Applications
- Choose Manage Applications
- From the list of applications that appear, choose Netflix
- Click on the Clear Data button
- Next time you launch the Netflix application, you'll be prompted to login.
