Your K400 keyboard is a Unifying device that can be used with any Unifying receiver. If you've lost or damaged the receiver, you can purchase a replacement from the Wireless Touch Keyboard K400 Parts Store.
The keyboard won't work with a non-Unifying receiver. To be sure you have the right receiver, look for this Unifying logo:
