Infrared (IR) illumination used in night-vision cameras can reflect off glass and cause poor picture quality.
The night-vision function of the B700n camera should be turned off if the camera is used to monitor though a glass window.
To turn off the night-vision function:
Open your Commander software.
Click Settings.
Click Cameras.
Choose your night vision camera.
Click Advanced.
Clear the Enable check box in the Night Vision section.
Click Apply to save the settings, and then click OK to close the Settings menu.
