If your Harmony remote isn't detected when you connect it to a computer:
Use the USB cable included with the Harmony remote.
NOTE: If connected correctly, the remote displays an icon with myharmony.com on the LCD screen.
Check that the USB cable is securely connected to both your computer and the remote.
NOTE: The USB cable needs to be connected directly to the remote, not the charger. You can't connect your remote to your account while the remote is in the charger.
Try a different USB port on the computer.
Reboot your remote (press and hold Off button until the LCD screen turns off and then back on.
Restart your computer.
Try to connect with a different Micro USB cable.
