If your G933 has trouble or stops charging, it may be due to the following:
  • Charging cable may not be working
  • A hardware reset is necessary 
  • A firmware update is needed
Possible Solutions:
  • Use a different cable to charge your device, if possible.
    • If headset charges when you use a different cable, this could indicate that the USB charging cable needs to be replaced.
  • Perform a G933 hardware reset. For instructions, see:

  • If the headset is still not charging or the battery still drains too quickly, the headset needs to be replaced.
NOTE: Discharge time can be up to eight hours with default lighting enabled, and up to 12 hours with lighting disabled, (All discharge time estimates measured at 50% volume.)
