MX Keys Mini has scissor switches that are very similar to switches you find in laptops. MX Mechanical Mini has low-profile mechanical switches.
The total travel distance is different — MX Mechanical Mini is higher than MX Keys Mini: 3.2mm for MX Mechanical Mini and 1.8mm for MX Keys Mini.
