The G735 Wireless Headset, G715 Wireless Keyboard, and G705 Wireless Mouse are designed to work together. Depending on your environment and computer set-up, you may experience wireless interference that could affect the performance of your products when they are connected through their LIGHTSPEED receiver. Wireless interference will come from many sources like routers, phones, and other electronic devices that use Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or wireless USB receivers.
If you are using multiple LIGHTSPEED products together and notice connection-related issues such as a lagging mouse, delayed key typing, or audio dropouts, please follow these steps below to ensure you have the best wireless connection possible.
- Make sure your router is at least three feet away from your computer.
- Use the USB extender and cable to move any headset receiver away from keyboard and mouse receivers. If you don’t have access to a USB extender and cable, then make sure your USB receivers are separated as much as possible.
If you are still experiencing connection-related issues after following the above steps, you may need to change your LIGHTSPEED connection or LIGHTSYNC settings.
- Do not use the same LIGHTSPEED USB receiver for your mouse and keyboard. If you are, re-pair your mouse or keyboard to its original USB using the Device Pairing Tool.
- Turn off any LIGHTSYNC animations and switch to a LIGHTSYNC Preset or Freestyle setting.
