If you are experiencing issues with your Zone True Wireless being able to fully update the Firmware, please follow the steps below:
- Put two buds back into case for 30 seconds
- Take buds out of the case and don’t use earbuds for music or calls
- Only connect Zone True Wireless to one device (computer or phone). If you have a second device connected, please disconnect
- Press Firmware update in Logi Tune
Note: If the above fail please do a factory reset: Put both buds back in the case and press 20 seconds to the Bluetooth button in the charging case until you see all three light indicators blink in white.
