LWS is intended for consumer use, and offers enhanced features not needed in business environments. We offer a Camera Settings Application that allows you to configure your camera settings, access video preview and pan, tilt and zoom to the camera’s capability. Logitech business cameras are designed for corporate environments. They are most often used with Unified Communication applications that support UVC (USB video class or plug and play). Logitech drivers aren't needed. When a business camera is used with LWS:
A message stating that UVC drivers are being used displays.
The user is encouraged to download a Logitech Driver to enhance the experience.
We recommend selecting the check box that will prevent this message from displaying again. In most instances, there won't be Logitech Drivers available for the business webcam.
NOTE: You can install LWS for use with the C925e, but most of the features available with consumer retail cameras won't be available.

As hardware and operating systems continue to evolve, legacy software eventually reaches a point where it can no longer be updated or maintained to current standards. Logitech Gaming Software (LGS) has been succeeded by G HUB for all new devices since 2019, and all hardware compatible with LGS is now out of warranty.
Effective October 31, 2026, all LGS installation files, download links, and support documentation will be permanently removed from the official Logitech website.
We understand some users may still want access to the installer in the future. We are currently exploring alternative resources to make this possible.
