To disable a G-key, do the following:

Launch the G35 software (Start > Programs > Logitech >G35 > Configure G35).

Choose the G-key you wish to disable (G1, G2 or G3):

From the application drop-down menu (shown below), select an application you do not have installed on your computer.

Click Apply.

Your G-key will now be disabled.
