There are two components of your earphones that can be cleaned, as follows:
To clean the silicone ear cushions, do the following:

Remove the ear cushions from the earphones by gently pulling them directly away from the earphone.

Either wash the ear cushions in mild soap and warm water or
-
Gently wipe with non-alcoholic or baby wipes.

After cleaning, let the ear cushions sit at room temperature until they are completely dry.

Replace the ear cushions in your earphones.
To clean the sound channels, do the following:
NOTE: Only use the included cleaning tool - any other device can damage your earphones.

Rotate your earphones until the channel is pointing downward.
- Gently use the cleaning tool’s metal hoop to remove any material stuck inside.
NOTE: Make sure you have the channel pointing toward the ground and use a circular, sweeping motion to prevent anything becoming stuck further up the channel. Do not use any liquids for cleaning the sound channels.
