To display your photo album from Picasa follow the directions below:
Make sure Sync to Web Albums is checked under:

Applications > Settings > Accounts & Sync > Select Google Account
You should have an option to select Sync Picasa Web Albums.
If you do not:

Open Picasa program on your computer.
- If you do not have it please go to http://picasa.google.com

Click on the Sync to Web button on the right side of your Web Album.

Click on Change Settings.

Set New album visibility to Public Album

Click OK and Sync
Steps on the Revue

Go to Applications > Settings > Accounts & Sync > Add Account

Add the existing Gmail account again, and you should now have the option Sync Picasa Web Albums

If not, you may have to do a factory reset and set up your Revue again in order to see the changes.
- Application > Settings > About > Factory data reset
You should now see your Picasa photo albums when you launch the Gallery application
