The Windows key on the G15 is disabled when the keyboard is in Game Mode. The joystick switch (located above the F3 and F4 keys) lights up when the G15 is in Game Mode. To take the keyboard out of Game Mode, slide the joystick switch to the left.
The joystick switch should become dark, indicating that the keyboard is no longer in Game Mode, and the Windows key should now work.
