If you're experiencing issues with the microphone on your UE 3600 headphones, try the following:
Make sure that the 3.5mm connector is connected securely to your device.
Check that the microphone isn't set to mute on your device.
Try using the supplied smartphone adapter cable.
NOTE: Some smartphones may not work with your headphones due to an incompatible connector/3.5mm jack. This can cause the microphone to not work.
