Your remote and hub come paired out of the box. If you receive a replacement remote, you'll need to pair it with your hub. Here's how:
NOTE: These steps will work with your original or replacement remote.

Connect the hub to power or your computer.

Press the Pair/Reset button on the back of the hub.
NOTE: The LED will blink red.

Press the Menu and Mute buttons on the remote at the same time.
When pairing is successful, the LED on the hub will blink green for 2 seconds and then turn solid green.
