Your CC3000e has one microphone associated with the speakerphone and another associated with the camera. When a second microphone displays, we recommend that you select the Echo Canceling Speaker microphone associated with the speakerphone.
NOTE: When you set up the system, make sure all of the devices are connected securely to the hub first, before you plug the hub into your power source.
Important Notice: The Presentation software is no longer supported or maintained by Logitech. Logitech Presentation devices are now supported by Logi Options+ for a better experience. We highly recommend using Logi Options+ with your presentation remotes. We are here to assist you during this transition.
