Button / Switch to bridge connections
If you’re having trouble with connecting your POP button / switch with your bridge, you may be out of range. Ensure you button / switch is near to your bridge and attempt to connect again. If your setup results in one or more switches being out of range, you may want to consider adjusting your setup or purchasing an additional bridge. If you continue to experience issues. Factory resetting your button / switch and bridge may resolve the issue.
Mobile to bridge connections
If you’re having trouble connecting your mobile device to your bridge, one of the following issues may be affecting on your connection:
- Wi‑Fi: Ensure your mobile device has Wi‑Fi enabled and is connected to the same network as your bridge. The 5 GHz Wi-Fi frequency is not supported; however, POP should still be able to discover devices on your network regardless of what frequency they are connected with.
- Bluetooth: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device and that both your button / switch and mobile device are close to your POP bridge.
If you continue to experience issues. Factory resetting your button / switch and bridge may resolve the issue.
