If your BASE moves and doesn’t stay in place:
- Make sure you’ve removed the protective film from the bottom of the BASE.
- Check to see if the surface you’re placing the BASE on is clean. After you’ve cleaned the surface, make sure that it’s completely dry before you place BASE on it, to avoid an electrical/water hazard.
- The sticky padding on the bottom of the BASE may be dirty or dusty. Make sure that the BASE is disconnected from the electrical source, and then clean it with a damp cloth. Ensure that the Smart Connector and the lightning connector plug stay dry, and that both are completely dry before you plug back in.
