- Check batteries of remote control and replace them if needed
- The Connect remote control utilizes Lithium Battery CR2032.With average use, the batteries should last 1-2 years.
- Make certain the remote control is pointed directly to the device with no obstruction.
- Ensure that the the remote control is within the range of use, no more than 3 meters from the Connect.
- Also, keep in mind that Connect supports a digital pan, tilt and zoom, which moves within the current view of the camera.To change the view of the camera to another angle, simply turn the device with your hand to the angle you wish.
A tilt wheel is available under the camera to allow you to adjust the tilt view slightly.
