You may be unable to pair a DISH Network Set-top box with Revue for the following reasons:
- The DISH Network Set-top box is not a supported model. Supported models include DISH Network ViP-722K,
ViP-722 and ViP-622.
- The DISH Network enhanced DVR integration feature is not enabled. To instantly subscribe, call DISH Network
1-800-823-4929 or log into your DISH Network account www.dishnetwork.com
- The Revue and Set-top box are not paired. Reference Knowledge Base article 360023398373. If you have more than one DISH Network Set-top box in your household and on your network, be sure to unplug it from power and leave the one to be paired with Revue plugged in
- Ensure your DISH Network Set-top box WiFi is disabled or the WiFi dongle attached is removed. For more information on disabling WiFi on your DISH Network Set-top box, refer to your user manual or contact Dish Network
