Some games use separate .exe files to control the single player and multiplayer modes separately. In these instances, you'll need to create a unique profile for each .exe.
If you already have a profile for one of the two player modes and want to create a similar one for the other, see the instructions in Knowledge Base article 360023400573 for how to make a new profile from an existing one.
