NOTE: Flow Scroll is the same as Scroll App. You may see Scroll App referenced throughout this article.
To disable the Logitech Flow Scroll (Scroll App) for Internet Explorer:

Select Control Panel > Network and Internet > Internet Options.

On the Programs tab, click the Manage add-ons button.

Select "Logitech Scroll App" and then click Disable.
NOTE: If the Logitech Scroll App is currently disabled, the "Enable" button will appear instead of the "Disable" button.

Click the Close button to close the dialog box.
NOTE: To enable the Logitech Scroll App, follow the steps above, and click Enable under step #4.
