If you're having issues with the microphone on your headset, try these suggestions:
Make sure your microphone isn't set to mute on either the headset or the application you're using it in.
Make sure you have the Wireless Headset for iPad selected as the audio input/recording device on your Bluetooth device. (See your Bluetooth device's documentation for help.)
Make sure the application you're using is configured to use the headset as its audio input/recording device. (See your application's documentation for help.)
Make sure your headset has enough battery power. Try connecting it to a USB port with the USB charging cable.
Important Notice: The Presentation software is no longer supported or maintained by Logitech. Logitech Presentation devices are now supported by Logi Options+ for a better experience. We highly recommend using Logi Options+ with your presentation remotes. We are here to assist you during this transition.
