If your headset won't power on, try the following suggestions:
- Connect the headset to a USB port using the charging cable — it may not have enough battery power.
- Check that the headset is powered on by holding down the Multifunction button for five seconds.
NOTE: When the headset is charging and not in use, always turn it off to conserve battery power.
