Logi Tune supports only the following products:

• Webcams: C920e, C920c, C925e, C930e, BRIO, BRIO 500, BRIO 501, BRIO 505, BRIO 300 BRIO 301 BRIO 305, BRIO 1080p-Webcam and more
• Headsets: Zone Wireless, Zone Wireless Plus, Zone Wired and more

If your BRIO 300/301/305/1080p Webcam is plugged into a USB-C port and after a few minutes the device is not recognized by the system or does not show up in your applications (ex. Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet), try the following to check if the problem is is a connection issue rather than a problem with your hardware:

• Check your setup — are all cables and connections plugged in tightly?
• If a BRIO 300/301/305/1080p Webcam is connected through a USB hub or extender, try plugging directly into the USB port — some external hubs or extenders may not have adequate power or specifications to support BRIO 300/301/305/1080p Webcam.
• Try a different computer — does the BRIO 300/301/305/1080p Webcam work fine on another system?

For Windows:

You can use Device Manager in Windows to view and control the hardware attached to the computer. When a piece of hardware is not working, it may not be listed or may show a yellow exclamation point next to the identified hardware to indicate there is an issue.

1. Open Device Manager by selecting the Windows Start icon, then typing “Device Manager” in the search bar to the right of the start icon.
2. Open Imaging Devices and confirm if Logitech BRIO 300/301/305/1080p Webcam is listed. If it's not listed:
   • Try a different USB port
   • Check if Windows Update is enabled:
     Windows Update is a Microsoft service that automatically downloads and installs updates over the internet to the operating system. You can access Windows Update by selecting the Windows start icon and typing in Windows Update in the search field. Windows Update settings are controlled by the Administrator of your system, so if you are working in a professional environment, you may need to contact your IT department.
3. If Logitech BRIO 300/301/305/1080p Webcam is listed but has a yellow exclamation point, then try the following:
   • In Device Manager, right-click on BRIO 300/301/305/1080p Webcam Webcam/UNKNOWN device with the yellow exclamation icon, and select Update Driver.
   • In the Update dialog, select Update Driver.
   • Select Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer.
   • Check Show compatible hardware (if not checked), then select USB Video Device (not Logitech BRIO 300/301/305/1080p Webcam), from the list.
   • Click Next.
     NOTE: If a list of categories is shown instead, select Imaging Devices, then USB Video Device.
4. If Logitech BRIO 300/301/305/1080p Webcam Webcam is listed without a yellow exclamation point, try the following to make sure the latest updated driver is installed:
   • In Device Manager, right-click on the BRIO 300/301/305/1080p Webcam device, and select Update Driver.
   • In the Update dialog, select Update Driver.
   • Select Search automatically for updated driver software.
   • Select the Logitech BRIO 300/301/305/1080p Webcam driver that is listed.

For macOS:

1. Select the Apple icon at the top left of the screen.
2. Select About this Mac in the drop-down menu, and then System Report in the pop-up box.
3. In the System Report, if the camera is properly recognized, it will be listed under Camera as Logitech BRIO 300/301/305/1080p Webcam.
4. On older Mac versions, you may see Logitech Camera instead of BRIO 300/301/305/1080p-Webcam as the video device. In order to select BRIO 300/301/305/1080p Webcam as your video device, select Logitech Camera.
