Please verify that the Zoom desktop client is version 5.11.0 or greater. You can check what version Zoom you are on by following these instructions: Viewing the Zoom version number. While Logi Dock is connected to your PC, you may need to exit and restart the Zoom client after which the video on/off should function as expected.
