First, make sure your device (that you're using to trigger Actions Ring) is turned on.
Try to close Logi Options+ and open it again — this should clear the issue.
As a last resort, you can go the SETTINGS (gear) icon on the Options+ home page, and then click RESTART LOGI PLUGIN SERVICE.
Important Notice: Logitech Presentation devices are now supported by Logi Options+ for a better experience. We highly recommend using Logi Options+ with your presentation remotes. We are here to assist you during this transition.
