To integrate your Logitech MX Creative Console with Final Cut Pro (FCP), the Logi Plugin uses keyboard shortcuts. Please note the following requirements and steps:
System requirements
- Keyboard layout: US English keyboard layout is mandatory for the plugin to function properly.
- Hardware Optimization: The plugin is optimized for Apple M-series chips. Systems with older Intel processors may experience reduced performance, particularly with dial adjustments.
Installing the plugin
- Close Final Cut Pro: Ensure that FCP is not running during the installation process.
- Install the plugin: Download and install the Final Cut Pro plugin from the Options+ Marketplace.
- Automatic configuration: The plugin will automatically set up the correct keyboard shortcut settings within FCP after installation.
