If you cannot connect or reconnect Logitech Pebble™ with Windows computers using a Bluetooth connection when the system is restarted or mouse is turned on, please follow the instructions below:
- Try switching your mouse off and on. Make sure the LED on the bottom of the mouse is glowing blue.
- Make sure your computer is running the latest Windows 10 - October 2018 update:
- To update Windows 10 to the latest build follow these steps from Microsoft.
- If the mouse still does not connect, there is a possibility the Bluetooth driver on your computer needs to be updated. Please contact your Bluetooth device manufacturer or your system provider Customer Care to obtain assistance with updating these drivers.
