You are trying to add a device, but the manufacturer is not listed.
Solution
- Launch the Logitech Harmony Remote Software and login to your account
- Click on the
tab - Click on the
button - Click on the -select device to add- dropdown and select the device type for the device you wish to add
- Choose ‘not listed’ at the top of the list to enter your Manufacturer
- Enter in the name of the manufacturer of the device you are adding
- Enter your model number and click on the Next button to add your device
