If you receive a G5 mouse not found message after you upgrade the firmware, do the following:
Plug your mouse into a different USB port. You could have a bad USB port.
Check that your mouse is plugged directly into your computer. Using hubs or KVMs could cause the computer to fail to recognize the mouse.
If the preceding instructions did not resolve the problem, you will need to contact Logitech technical support.
You will need your model number, part number and product ID. For instructions on finding this information and contacting support, consult
Knowledge Base article 9964.
