When the Logitech Tablet Keyboard is rapidly turned off and then back on, the keyboard will first disconnect from your Android tablet and then reconnect. This process takes time for your tablet to complete, during which your keyboard may not respond. The same thing will happen with any other Bluetooth keyboard connected to your tablet when you rapidly turn it off and then back on.
