If you aren't hearing audio from your headset, try the following:
Make sure the audio (green) cable is firmly connected to the audio output jack of your source device.
If you're connected to a computer, be sure you've properly configured your computer's sound output settings (see your computer's documentation for more information).
Try adjusting the volume on your headset, device, and application.
Important Notice: Logitech Presentation devices are now supported by Logi Options+ for a better experience. We highly recommend using Logi Options+ with your presentation remotes. We are here to assist you during this transition.
