The battery indicator lights on the MK750 keyboard aren't intended to stay on. This is the normal behavior of the keyboard.
When the keyboard is first turned on, one of the battery indicator lights next to the Check-Light button (shown below) will flash:
Green light
If the green LED flashes, it means the battery level is good.
Red light
If the red LED flashes, it means the battery level is low.
The light will go off again after a few seconds to conserve battery power.
Mouse battery light
The battery indicator light on the MK750 mouse isn't intended to stay on. This is the normal behavior of the mouse.
When the mouse is first turned on, the battery indicator light on the top of the mouse lights up. If the light is:
Green — the battery level is good.
Red — the battery level is low.
