Your LX 700 Scroll Lock function key is located just above the Home Key.
To toggle Scroll Lock off or on:

Press the F Mode key to toggle on Enhanced F Key Mode. The F Mode LED on the receiver will be off.

Press the Insert key to toggle Scroll Lock off or on.

When Scroll Lock is on, the Scroll Lock LED on the receiver will be lit.

When Scroll Lock is off, the Scroll Lock LED on the receiver will be off.

NOTE: If you have installed the Logitech Mouse and Keyboard software (SetPoint), the confirmation message Scroll Lock Off or Scroll Lock On will also be displayed for about 2 seconds in the lower portion of your monitor each time you toggle the key.
