You should reset your Logitech Pure-Fi Anytime when you experience unusual or unexpected behavior with either your Logitech Pure-Fi or with your iPod or iPhone while using the Logitech Pure-Fi Anytime.
To reset your Logitech Pure-Fi Anytime, do the following:
Press and hold the Source and Preset 2 buttons (shown below) on the top of your Logitech Pure-Fi Anytime for 5-10 seconds.
NOTE: The reset procedure will restore the Logitech Pure-Fi Anytime to factory defaults and all presets will be cleared.
After resetting your Logitech Pure-Fi Anytime, verify that the issue no longer occurs.
If the issue still occurs, you may need to reset your iPod or iPhone. For instructions on resetting your iPod or iPhone, consult the Apple Support website.
Important Notice: Logitech Presentation devices are now supported by Logi Options+ for a better experience. We highly recommend using Logi Options+ with your presentation remotes. We are here to assist you during this transition.
