You can set up to three FM station presets on the S400i clock radio dock. You can either use the remote, or use the controls on the dock. Here's how:
Using the remote:

Find the station that you want to program to a preset.

Press and hold one of three preset buttons on the remote (FM1, FM2, or FM3) until the FM station call number blinks on the display. The FM preset indicator below it (1, 2, or 3) is displayed.

Repeat for the other two available preset slots.
Using the dock controls:

Find the station that you want to program to a preset.

Press and hold the FM button on the dock until the FM station call number blinks on the display. The preset indicator will blink below the call number.

Rotate the Control knob until you reach the desired preset slot (1, 2, or 3) and then press the Control knob to accept.

Repeat for the other two available preset slots.
