If you're having problems logging in to your account on myharmony.com, try the following:
Make sure pop-ups aren't blocked in your browser.
Log in to your account with a different supported browser (ex. IE, Chrome and Firefox on Windows, and Firefox and Safari on Mac).
Uninstall the Logitech Harmony software and Microsoft Silverlight, reboot, and log in to your account on myharmony.com. Then, follow the prompts to download and install the Harmony and Silverlight software.
Try using another computer to access your account.
Important Notice: Logitech Presentation devices are now supported by Logi Options+ for a better experience. We highly recommend using Logi Options+ with your presentation remotes. We are here to assist you during this transition.
