Should the cable become damaged or you wish to change to a different type, it can be easily replaced with a new cable available as a purchasable spare part.
To replace a cable:
With the headset secured in place, grab the cable where it meets the ear cup and rotate it counter clockwise to align with the “open” indicator (as shown) then remove the cable.
Align the new cable to the 3.5mm aux jack on the ear cup with the “open” indicator, insert until the orange tab is fully seated inside the provided space and rotate clockwise to align with the “closed” indicator.
Important Notice: Logitech Presentation devices are now supported by Logi Options+ for a better experience. We highly recommend using Logi Options+ with your presentation remotes. We are here to assist you during this transition.
