Download Logitech G Hub to confirm your Yeti X firmware is updated.
If you have Logitech G Hub or Blue Sherpa installed, please make sure that your Blue Voice option is NOT enabled and UNchecked.
Please adjust these settings on the Yeti X to confirm your low audio is not due to the direct settings:
- Hold down the center button of your Yeti X until you are on GAIN mode with JUST the MICROPHONE LED highlighted. Adjust your gain meter to 12 o'clock here.
- Hold down the center button of your Yeti X until you are on VOLUME mode with JUST the HEADPHONE LED highlighted. Adjust your volume meter to 12 o'clock here.
- Hold down the center button of your Yeti X until you are on BLEND mode with BOTH the MICROPHONE and HEADPHONE LED highlighted. Adjust your blend meter center at 12 o'clock here.
With your headphones plugged into the bottom headphone jack, ideally, your signal should be good. If you need it louder, we recommend adjusting the VOLUME meter first and then the GAIN meter.
